Closest thing to that is the necromancer. I am afraid the chance to give us a new character in diablo 3 at this point is close to zero.

Surely I knew what you meant. So I was mostly joking. It’s out of the question that we will see new heroes or classes. (The Witch Doc is closest to being a “black” person I believe).
Another thing is that skills and classes in D3 are “all over the place”. The crusader for example has a lot magic skills and builds and the wizard has a lot of melee skills etc.
mby if they would came with that in diablo 4!!!.. i havent seen a single game that has a completly black mage…only dark magic…wow…
We currently have two Strength-based heroes (Barbarian and Crusader), two Dexterity-based heroes (Demon Hunter and Monk) and three Intelligence-based heroes (Necromancer, Witch Doctor, Wizard). Even if they were going to introduce another class, which they won’t, they’d add a Strength or Dexterity class, not a 4th intelligence class.

that wont happen in diablo 3 i belive but diablo 4 why not…black mages are so powerful…work with skills with completly darkness…like you see all around cosmos…wow…dark magic is so nice bros…it is more darkness than nothingness or lightness…the darker the possible just wow…but am i not right darkness works only when pc is completly shut down…technology does not support darkness…but make it almost dark…so nice…and finaly go on to cosmos…and see the nothingness…i belive a dark mage would rule entire game…

How about some realism and have a soldier?
a soldier is like roughe or assassin or deamon hunter so no lol…but a dark mage would be awsome bro. that does cast only dark magic we would learn so much from it to become black mage as in real life…and discover universe…there is more darkness than nothingness and lightness…
To me the crusader is the closest to a soldier in my opinion (even though he is a Knight of sort).
