D4 Environment floor too bright, mirrory/ shiny?

I feel that everything we’ve seen so far, there is a lot of rain and wet floors, literally in every screenshot or video. But the way the water is rendering causes REALLY strong reflections, which:
1- are unlike water in daytime, more like you’re looking at a puddle at night in a bright city.
2 - it has a sort of metallic texture, all the water is looking like a mirror for each light ray traced.
3 - there is just so much of it, that it becomes really distracting from everything else. Yet another extra visual element competing for our peripheral vision, in addition to all the necessary monsters and skill vfx.

I believe the floor is a background and as such should … well… fade into the background, rather than creating multiple flashlights aimed at the camera.
