We were encouraged to post feedback on D4.
As a player of many ARPG’s and the introduction of SSF mode in POE, it has it’s own leaderboard and is another avenue for players to consider at end game, similar to deciding to play as hardcore, it is another difficulty level in the game. We need to have lots of these difficulty avenues we can take at end game as possible, it should not be about finding a group going and killing an endgame boss over and over forever, an endgame should have as many different facets as possible, and the be honest it should very hard to achieve end game, that way there is always something to come back for.
Why do i play SSF in POE, well i have that feeling of knowing all my legendary gear i earned myself in game, that means from a drop, so you want legendary’s to mean something and be of value and give you a level of excitement everytime one drops, in SSF mode you do feel that way, because every drop is important to you is it the one that completes your build or a new legendary you have not got in your stash.
Does that mean i won’t create another character to play with friends or clan no it does not, it’s just that getting everyone online for play at the same time is difficult as we all have outside commitments so when i play solo it’s SSF to give myself the challenge.
Please put a SSF mode into the game.
