DH with same gear as seasonal DH, but doing worst

Season 21 just ended and I deleted my DH and gave the gear to another DH I had. I was able to do GR 115 without effort before deleting my char. Now with the same gear on other DH with same build, I am struggling to complete GR 90. What is the problem?

Check what you use on the cube!

This hero…

…has Sin Seekers in the Cube’s weapon power slot, which boosts the damage of Rapid Fire. Change that to The Ninth Cirri Satchel to power up your Hungering Arrow again.

Thanks a lot, I mistakenly selected Sin Seekers without noticing, changed it back to The Ninth Cirri Satchel.
