Diablo 3 found no active entries in the build info

When I iam trying to enter the game I keep getting this message :DIABLO 3 FOUND NO ACTIVE ENTRIES IN THE BUILD INFO. Someone can help?

The issue you are experiencing can be usually solved by repairing the game, as mentioned also in the link provided above by Boubou :slight_smile:

hello and ty for the fast response-I did exactly what the above link indicated but after deleting the build info file and repairing the game ,now it says that DIABLO 3 WAS UNABLE TO FIND EITHER YOUR BUILD INFO FIND OR YOUR DATA FOLDER-Any thoughts? ty in advance

At this time if repairing files did not solve your issue, I would advise that you fully uninstall and reinstall the game to make sure it makes a fresh installation without any corrupted files remaining.
Should you have still issues after the new installation just reply back to us with your system files sent via Pastebin so we can see what else might be affecting your installation.
