My season is locked and i have lost my seasonal characters. I note there are issues. Will my characters be restored? Will i be able to rejoin the season? Will not accept new season character’s
I got the issues on my PS4 as well, but I still have all my characters but I cannot enter the game with them.
I cannot enter the game, last time I tried was this morning, Friday the 10th of January.
I get a message that says:
ATTENTION
You cannot start a Seasonal game while local players have a non-seasonal hero selected.
All my heroes are seasonal heroes but the game identifies them as non-seasonal heroes.
I am locked out of my own game. Cannot start a new character or enter my old characters from season 33.
I really hope they fix this, it has been going on since season 33 ended, and launched I back up again .
