It’s either the same game for everyone free or the same game for everyone not free
It would have been the same game, just no option to add eternal leg crests into elder rifts. So yeah basically a forced mainly f2p experience most small payers or free players would have where a big part of the game would be unavailable to us and may soon also become for Spanish players.
Will be interesting how Blizz will treat Spanish fans that whaled if the lootbox regulation comes in there.
