Is there any way to disable the weather effects in this season?
Litteraly unplayable when the screen flashes every 5 seconds, i do enjoy this game and always play when a new season is out but this constant flashing makes it totally unplayable for me, why not just add an option to remove it?
I haven’t found any option in game that disables it, and i don’t know itf it’s against the TOS to write about this but is there any way to modify the game files to disable the lightning? I want to play this season but as it is i’m just not able to play
No, unfortunately no. You can only play off season where there are no effects. I did that as soon as I finished the entire season journey and got the pet and the portraits. I didn’t delete my character, in case they change something or add something else in the season.
the graphic effects are not the worst of it. They were supposed to not be active in set dungeons, since they would obviously autofail most of the set dungeons… guess whaaaat? Yup, they are active. Good luck finishing most of the set dungeons, where you have to kill mobs in very specific ways. Shadow DH ? fail. Unhallowed? no way to regroup 20 spiders properly before they get oneshot. Fail. Monk sunwuko ? same, regrouping mobs to get them all hit by your image will NOT happen.
This is a disaster, and a real SHAME on Blizzard since this problem has been known since the first day of beta…
Chiming in to share that we have been reading into comments and feedback related to the Seasonal Theme. Working with the dev team now to prep for some updates to share w/ you. In the meantime, thanks a TON for all the patience. Ill y’all updated.
I don’t know if it helps. I ve done the 4 necro dungeons this season. I had never tried necro dungeons before, in my life. I only bothered because the pendant was the last cosmetic that I was missing for my collection. Did them all for master completion first try after watching a YouTube guide for each and the season theme didn’t ruin them fortunately. Although I have to say the are by far the easiest dungeons compared to all the other classes.
