If yes, then does it also proc with the pandemonium rune(cold rune)? I don’t have the gear to test it myself and was wondering if anyone knew.
Do a quick test by activating Epiphany then using SSS on an enemy at range. If Epiphany causes you to teleport to the enemy before SSS is unleashed then yes Rabid Strike would work with it since your meeting the conditions for that weapon to activate.
No gear would be needed to test that, just those 2 skills.

Did you try that test? Because i wasn’t saying yes i was saying that i don’t know if those items work together, but based on the descriptions of the leg powers you should be able to find out. Just make sure you’re not using the SSS rune that creates a teleport without Epiphany.
Anyway a quick google revealed a thread about Rabid Strike’s mechanics and it said that it works with SSS.
