Menagerist Goblin guarantee to drop a pet you haven’t have yet until you got all (19) from him.
Then you may ask where to farm Menagerist Goblin. Any map (except GR) may spawn them. So the goblin farming path is the smaller maps, so that you spend less time to look them up.
Liv Moore is dropped by a unique monster Ravi Lilywhite in Weeping Hollow. The spawn rate of Ravi Lilywhite is very rare.
Difficulty level makes no difference at all.
Whilst some pets come from menagerist goblins, others only drop from specific enemies. If you want details of all the pets, wings and cosmetics, can I suggest this excellent thread on the US forums by MissCheetah…
