Error loading DIABLO III

In Diablo III I have a problem;
always disconnecting and it stated that “warning! There was an error loading the hero. Please try again. (Code 395002).”

another There was a problem loading the game license. Please try again (Code 395000).

another There was an error selecting the hero. (Code 316009).

another there was a problem saving the banner. (Code 317401).

Please help thanks…

You forgot to say that was for the Asia region.

I was able to finish the 5 bounties for Act III… but had issues earlier today.
