Hi - can I just check - The Flow Of Eternity legendary daibo: I’ve been upgrading rares (daibos) at the cube + running rifts for literally weeks and no sign of it. I’ve had at least 4-5 of every other daibo.
I’m assuming it does drop, right? You CAN get it via rare upgrades and I’ve not spent thousands of crafting mats chasing an impossible bit of gear? I know RNG is a pain but this is silly.

You must be very unlucky… according to this old table done for Patch 2.6.1, all staves have an equal chance of appearing (rows 611 to 618) :
(select “Drop Rates” at the top of the table, just above the column header)
I created a new non-season monk (called Test) on Europe and started a Normal difficulty level game. I had Haedrig craft 24 Sovereign Whirlwind Staves (level 70 2-hand Daibo). Then went to the cube and selected the Hope of Cain recipe. I then transmuted the 24 rare staves into legendary.
I got :

I’m sure my drop rate is somewhat unequal because of the small number of upgrades I did in the cube…
