Sick to death of getting flagged by trolls for saying nothing against tos,

grow the heck up and let people have an opinion.

I say this on a alt account out of frustration for me D4 account suspension, I do not feel that 1 month suspension is appropriate for the post that was flagged, So i am forced to no longer converse in the other conversations i was having, because of this post that does not breach tos.

please fix this forum flagging crap. Its being abused.

No tickets dont work, nothing is said was bad, but i know it will get rejected.

He is correct however that the report button is often abused and Blizzard dont seem to care. The entire system, much like YouTube’s system, is seemingly automated for the most part and so you can receive a ban even though you didnt actually break the rules.

Also the rules you just posted are highly unfair and border on censorship. If someone gets banned for whatever reason then essentially they are not allowed to talk about it in public. I mean that is total rubbish. I get that you cannot talk about OTHER players who get banned but you should absolutely be able to talk about your own experiences without incurring even more wrath. ‘Shut up and take it’ is not a good attitude.

As far as I know, the only thing which is automated is a “squelch”… a temporary silence while you are in game.

For everything else, such as a temporary suspension, a silence and a ban, a Game Master was involved.

Yet, those are the rules. You need to keep in mind that these forums are Blizzard’s forums, not yours. We post here because Blizzard allows it – I am active on some forums where Blizzard will lock and hide any topic which is not relevant to the purpose of that forum.

The rule says that discussing disciplinary action on the forums can result in a suspension or a ban from the forums. The choice is yours, but if you decide to go against the rules, don’t be surprised if your forum priviledges are suspended or removed. (it does happen… I saw it happen on the Diablo III Europe region French language forums).


I wish we had a MVP here that could provide more details than I can… but we don’t. If you spend some time in the Customer Support category of the WoW forums, you will see many discussions about people claiming to have been sanctionned without cause by mass report… and replies by the regulars there that that just doesn’t happen. Players do get squelched automatically yes… but not suspended or banned.

In game “account mute” equals to error 44 in game, google what does it mean

so basically, when we get muted thanks to random players mass report, we can’t play with friends, we can’t chat with friends, only public games are working. (and solo, ofc)

This is absolutely insane, it makes no sense at all, i would understand being banned from public games instead, but not this… its the worst possible “ban” ive ever seen.
Being forced to cope with players that i didn’t even want to play with in the first place.

First time i posted about this on forums, the first community answer i got was “dont you have a phone?”.
And the next calling me a “troll” …
Got reported and silenced 2 times for talking abut it…
At first I almost laughed, but actually not, imagine making friends in game, friends that only meet here, and nowhere else, thats real man friendship… talking only about the game, nothing else.

Soooo yeah forum rules are abused a lot too, been silenced 2 times for posting about these thing ive just said, and one time for calling others “ungrateful socialists expecting free items effortlessly”, and i didnt even mean politics or anything, but this kind of spoiled child behavior of constantly begging for free boost, now that i am forced to play in public games i started to see this everywhere on forums too…
Apparently this is harrassing too. But in reality I CANT EVEN DEFEND MYSELF FROM BEING HARRASSED BY SPOILED BRATS. Especially not when im muted in game and i cant play with friends.

They even report me for “harrassing” when i ask them to change the build to better one so we could do bountys or rifts or VoA portals faster… this community is insane and absolutely abusing the “report” function,… and the rules and CS are not helping at all, ive shown them screenshots, but CS doesnt care… So yes, it absolutely leans towards censorship, and typical woke corpo-rat work… i only recently started to understand why almost nobody is using in game chat… its because the ones who used the chat got muted, and it hurts like hell…

Also because they don’t care about ban appeals, even when presented with screenshots and explanations of what actually happened, like above mentioned example, asking for build change for speed runs, then I get offended by others, and they mass report me when i finally loose my temper after explaining they waste my time.

God tier game, with trash tier CS and community. ehhh.

Another example, got silenced for trying to explain that “max roll” guides are not actually “maxed”, they are only for filthy casuals and so forth, with only 2 or maybe 3 endgame guides, theres so many examples i can’t believe people are so lazy that nobody is even trying to make any better guides, but instead report me for talking about it

Because i know what im saying, its from D3 obviously.

The most disgusting type of muting people ive seen is in D3…

In D4 when account is muted you can At very least accept invitations from friends… but in D3 can’t even play Directly with friends when muted.

Need to SOMEHOW have other method of contacting them to possibly organize public group at different tier level than t16 so they can join my public game specifically, its f disgusting way to mute players

Just so you understand how bad this is, players in D3 are not even willing to use in game Party chat because they are afraid of being muted, talking about it got me forum muted twice, and now you mocking me , basicalyl saying that “i dont know what im doing”, after i explained what happens…, thanks… you need help dude.

Rules are abused so heavily, dudes are not even willing to ask others if i can change build to another… everyones afraid of mute, and you clearly have no idea what are you saying… whats worse they are not even checking the profile for highscores or nothing, just kick in 5 seconds when the team have two trashkillers, nobody even talking and then kick while im switching to bosskiller build…

You have no idea how many times this happened to me and how disgustin the blizzard is about this games rules, it makes the community toxic waste, because everyones either super casual, or “private games only”, there is no middle ground, i hardly ever met anyone who have some common sense in public games.

The CS are dehumanizing the players and thats a fact, we have no way to appeal to such abuse of reporting system, CS don’t even care about being fair, thats not their job to be fair, but yet, they are the judges here… Like the time when i posted about it, it also got me forum muted, mocked and laughed at multiple times.

Imagine being reported and muted for a ban appeal as an open letter on forum… because the tickets didnt help, CS doesnt care about my screenshots, they just copy paste the things that bot told them to say, its deeply dehumanizing, they are not being fair, in their sick eyes its ““just doing their job”” to copy what the auto-moderator told them to, after being mass reported, or just due to CS trying to be politically correct.
