As the title says dont do your challenge rift when it resets next monday.
Edit- When it resets somewhere today/tonight or tomorrow morning.
The reason for this is you can save it up for when the new season starts and do it right at the start of the new season to give your seasonal toon a nice boost from all the mats/gold/bloodshards the challenge bag contains.
Wait till the new season starts
make a new seasonal toon
log in to the game (ive been told this step isnt necessary but i do it anyway)
log out
start the challenge rift
log onto your seasonal toon and claim the bag
The bag contains:
475 bloodshards
5M gold (maybe little more or little less)
15 of each legendary crafting material
35 deaths breath
bunch of white/blue/yellow crafting mats
This is a great start for a new season so dont waste it

It’s 5,100,000 gold in there…
This allows you to immediately train all your Artisans to max level, craft level 70 weapons (for reduced level requirement to use whilst levelling 1-70), upgrade a rare two-hander into a legendary and extract the power from a legendary into the Cube, which can be a massive damage multiplier for a skill whilst levelling.

One other thing to mention is that the Challenge Rift changes at the same time globally for all three regions, and that’s at 14:00 PST on a Monday afternoon, which is the equivalent of 22:00 UTC / 23:00 CET on Monday evening, which is why a lot of us don’t see the change until we play on a Tuesday.

Yikes. Usually CRs for the season start are relatively easy but that looks hideous.

Yeah, the build is awful but remember the video shows a run-through of it today. If you wait until S22 has started, maybe we’ll get shadow-clones from the pylons (I doubt it, but it could happen) which would make it a lot easier.
It’s not difficult after all. Just keep moving, use most of the skills - even whirlwind when resources are full, lots of elites to kill. I got to level three when Blighter suddenly appeared with good time left and I had to leave in a hurry worrying that he would kill himself (on Thorns) before I could leave.
Same here, it looks a lot worse then it is.
Just use ww on the trash, frenzy on the elites and your other abilities (except groundstomp) when you see a nice big group and youll be fine.
