Gears of Dreadlands questions

My enchantress miscasted her confusion spell, and now I can’t tell how this works.
Valla’s bequest makes strafe projectiles pierce.
GoD set makes Strafe fire primary skill, so it’s not strafe which gives it damage.
Valla’s bequest has 100% strafe damage.
Echoing Fury has up to 75% attack speed and movement speed.
Technically speaking Valla’s bequest should not be better unless strafe damage also buffs the primary skill it fires now? Hungering arrow already pierces, so how does Valla’s bequest work with this set exactly?
Does Strafe damage bonuses count, and does Convention of Elements work with it’s buffing primary skill and strafe skill?

Conclusion
The GoD 4-piece set bonus appears to have a 9 frame internal cooldown which means if your Strafe breakpoint is higher than 1.6667 then Strafe will spawn a primary every other attack. Valla’s Bequest fills in the internal cooldown gap enabling more primaries to spawn.

The major damage comes from primary skill. Strafe damage bonuses don’t add to primary skills spawned by set(4) bonus. So, don’t bother to stack strafe bonuses.
CoE does benefit both primary skill and strafe at their own element rotations.
