Fate’s laps skill choice on enchantress helper can replace cheat death on passive skills?.
And if i have both active will i get double the cheat death?

Yes you can have two cheat deaths. One from the follower and one from your passive. And some builds can have even more than that. (Firebird set and Akarat’s Champion crusader skill).
I usually only use the follower’s cheat death (softcore) apart from when running echoing nightmares just to be sure. Some also equip Pauldrons of the Skeleton King and hardcore has an amulet (Ancestor’s Grace… had to google).

… I can see that Dolk is a seasoned hardcore player not needing much advice. So the question was likely solely directed at the Fate’s lapse skill where the wording can be somewhat unclear. But it is a straight up cheat death. I use her in GRs and only use her cheat death (playing softcore). In other content I use the templar set up for extra gems, keys and with extra cool down (for healing in nightmares if needed).
