How do you upgrade soul shards?

I found soul shard but all its ability’s say only available at rank 1
only available at rank 2
only available at rank 3
and its all in red how do I rank it up?
and my other question is at the end of the season will the Soul
Shards be deleted from your character? thanks.

After season they are gone.

Once you’re level 70, you can get embers and these are used to upgrade soul shards.
Right-click the ember, left-click the soul shard you want to upgrade.

Oh rite thanks :grin: I am playing to a level 70 on my own without using boost
because its fun to play that way sometimes thats why I did not discover that on
my own thanks again :grin:.
