How to make the wizard shut up?

Hello, how can I remove the sound files for the voice of wizard during combat? He/she (both) sound like obnoxious rich brats.

Please don’t bother posting stuff like ‘‘just turn the sound off’’ or ‘‘idk it’s impossible to do it, just deal with it’’. If you don’t know, just move onto the next topic.

If this actually counts as ‘‘modding, against the rules’’ then lock this and I’ll go somewhere else where people are actually helpful (i.e. literally anywhere else) since I know blizzard is super u̶n̶g̶r̶a̶t̶e̶f̶u̶l aggressive against modders.

i.e. literally places which will give you advice on how to breach the EULA (which specifically says you can’t modify the software).

you can play without sound if it bothers you that much

If you did manage to remove the voice files the game would crash. The only option is to adjust the sound settings.

in the sound options, there’s a voice volume slider, turn that down to “0” and ALL voices are turned off, including the obnoxous viz! hope that was of any help
