im level 38 barberian and i dont see the followers to choose like mage and ranger.

Are you playing “Campaign” mode (story mode) ? if so, you need to find them in the story; see Diablo 3 Followers Locations and Quests Guide - SegmentNext .
If you are playing “Adventure” mode, the followers are all available in town.

if you open a new class at the beginning you need to see the followers you dont need to do a quest.
maybe in the past you should have do the quests…
any way…blizzard fixed it 1 hour after i posted it, so everything is ok now.
