For me it’s the diablo I’ve been waiting for. I abandon d3 year ago Couse doing rifts and hunting sets is boring. D4 thanks to shared world and events will give me more stuff to do, I love idea, I love the runes,simplified stats. I feel like It’s a sweet spot for those with families and short gaming time and the veterans

blizzard likes money. so I have no clue why they won’t do the opposite of what you say and bring back all players that left. No the side noone wants a “reboot”. They want better version of it.

I dont know in D 2.exist 3 x sclaled difficult dmg’s stats.of.demons,dependance.of size light circle?!
If not,they.must work on it definitely!
And dependance of runes,talents,spec of player…that mean we must be forced to search such spec player.
And to add merchants(followers ) with such spec talent. And to add so rare followers,not like to now only 3 different!
I must say I am quite happy with what I’ve seen. and I would not worry about dated graphics at all. d2 was also dated when it came out but its still the best diablo

Disappointed?? Diablo 4 looks awsome, the cenematics is awsome. The gameplay looks awsome. Everything “I” wanted in a diablo game, its dark again and the music is awsome. This is what D3 should have been. little sad that is far from being finished, but I think the wait will be worth it.
If you still reading Community Manager, could you tell Luis Barriga and his team diablo 4 looks great, a good job.
Now it will be even better if there be a rogue/assassin Dual wielding daggers class Cough* Cough*

i also disappointed that the max lvl is 40.
i mean they are going to sell us the unfinished game no matter how the graphics looks like. then we gonna have to pay for 10lvl expansions. cosmetics, pets, mounts.
it will be like wow without monthly pay.
just make a lvl99 game. i mean how hard it could be.

I would like to see more then 40 Lvl’s as well. And the mythic gear cap should be around at 75 lvl /100 ?
I’m 100% sure max level will not stay at 40. It was really uncertain for them. What I’ve seen, there are more 100 or 99 votes than others now.
Wow it’s so ridiculous how some people are just hating about graphics only, about “no offline mode” even though Blizzard will give you the possibility of playing the whole story and all dungeons without encountering other players.
All the people, who are hating on D4 because of that stuff, probably never were into D2, because if graphics had been worse, offline mode had not been there and if it had had a bit more or less color, D2 back then would not have been different game.
Diablo 2 was soo good because of (at the time) crisp gameplay, atmosphere, skill system and great itemisation. If you really cared about D4 being a good follow up for the franchise, you wouldn’t complain (hate) about those minor things, while the demo had no character stats or RPG depth whatsoever, about which you could give rational feedback to the devs instead of complaining about the pre pre alpha looking “DATED ALREADY” or complaining about PoE spinoffs… Why not taking the best game mechanics from other games and bring them together? That would obviously make the best ARPG out there, isn’t that hard to understand, is it?
If you criticise and not make proposals how to make it better, its just whining… whine somewhere else and leave space for proper feedback, please!

Just listing everything that was experienced and seen at blizzcon can give strongest overall opinion. Some small disliked details may not matter in whole game.
I think the diablo 4 has hit the correct spot in terms of atmosphere and visuals and for once I am going to applaud blizzard for nailing it, this is coming from someone who always complains about thier games.
Diablo 3 looked more toonish, where as diablo 4 has more of a diablo 2 vibe to it.

I actually don’t really care about the graphics of the game. ARPG is never about the graphics…
But at the moment I’m a little bit concerned because their current graphics remind me of D3. The thing is the game has became kinda grey and not “properly demonic dark” and still has this d3 fantasy vibe to me, only grey
It is as though they are trying to go proper direction but it’s still a long way.
If you think poe looks like this you have an eye disease I never heard of…

game looks great so far, i dont evan care graphicly how it looks at the cost of gameplay but the graphics are good as far as ive seen.That beeing seed its a pre alpha build evreything its subdued to change its to early to critique what whe can all do is say what whe whould/whould not want in this game it seems this time there listening.As for pale collors blood , guts and gore , Lilith… id be fine if the collectors edition came out with a cursed blade and a live rooster for sacrifice before installing. i have my altar build allready

Yes we have been screaming for years for a darker atmosphere in Diablo, cus D3 made the fight against EVIL look and feel like cartoon network for kids… that does not mean purley relying on PALE and BLAND visuals to make it dark? D4 has the Greyness of POE for god sakes…
Look at Act 2 Lut Gholein in D2… Yellow and orange color setting in the dessert while exploring DARK and exciting tombs, it worked. Wors act? Act 3 Kurast cus its sooo lifeless and paaaaaale from start to finish.
All the haters, just remember, the game is not even close to finished and has probably got years to go yet. What has been shown for me has me interested and wanting to buy it already but I am 100% sure a lot will change before it even comes to beta.
D4 has been shown now to let people know its coming, its even been mentioned that game play is going to change based on feed back and discussions.
Lets all just be patient and wait to see what comes.
I want a pre-order option now so I can reserve my copy !!!

Yeah this was the first time a Diablo game came out where I wasn’t “WOWED” at all by the tech. The physics look like they’re still using Havok for christ sakes. I mean Havok was great for it’s time but I can’t take a game seriously if you walk up to an enemy with a primary attack and they fly across in the screen in comical fashion.
