Live Chat is generally not available… furthermore, communications with Blizzard Support is limited to some specific areas. You can see what these areas are here: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/product/diablo3/289.
You didn’t specify why you needed to contact a Game Master, so this link will bring you to the “start” of the menuing system for Diablo III support. Simply select the category in the left column to make some more specific issues appear on the right.

Blizzard isnt there for there customers, They fired all there GM’s and made a AI or automated response that doesnt give you they anwser on your Question. All is RNG except the bonusses for the CEO thats solid as a rock.
Its a shame what blizzard is become over the years only bling bling cash cash and fuck our customers or employees. Only looking to there share’s selling or not …
i do think i get a ban for this we will see
Blizzard hope your shareholders are happy with you that you suck the live and money out of your customers.

In any case, @Orso also posted on America’s forums, where he (finally !!!) provided a bit more information on what the issue was, and was provided guidance on how to solve the issue.
