If you make a new seasonal hero, while already having non-seasonal heroes and a non-seasonal stash, what will happen to all the seasonal heroes’ items in their seasonal stash if, when the season ends, you don’t have spare room in your non-seasonal stash for everything that was in their seasonal stash plus all the items that are already in your non-seasonal stash? I.e will you lose any items that were in your seasonal stash at the end of the season if you haven’t left enough room to fit then in your non-seasonal stash?

When the season ends, all the items in the seasonal stash are sent by in-game mail to non-season; it is then up to you to decide what you keep and what you salvage. Some of the players refer to this “item juggling” (or stash management) as playing Diablo Tetris.
The stuff in the mail does not keep forever… the mail will last for about 30 days (there’s a counter beside the item showing how many days are left) after which time the mail disappears and everything in it with it. Most players don’t wait that long and, in the time interval between 2 seasons, will dutifully go through the mail items and either move them or delete them.
There’s no way you can keep everything you find… there isn’t enough space in the stash for that… even when you have all the available tabs.
