EDIT: I also wonder if the 500% burn benefits from the 6k in Shadow-set. If else, how does this rune actually do more dmg to single target? From what I know the PE is a fart in the air even when being 8000% dmg over 3 seconds. How do I benefit from only 500% over 2 seconds?
