I’ve filled up all of my character slots on Xbox one. And I have a save that I don’t want to lose. I’d like to set up a second account and start playing there on my same Xbox so I can start over with a clean slate. BUT I’d also like to be able to mail stuff back and forth between the two accounts in-game. Might just use the second account as a mule/storage place. I tried adding a second ‘family member’ (it’s just me with a different name) but while I can start the second game with a new save, I can’t send stuff to that account. The in-game mail box doesn’t see it as a ‘friend’. This can’t be this hard, can it???
Edited-- OK , I got it working.
Two profiles on one xbox. They don’t need to be family members. Each one has to ‘friend’ the other at the xbox level. Start D3 and it asks which one I am playing, I choose and it loads that save. I can use the in-game mailbox to send stuff back and forth.
