Wizard Orbs - 11 (+3 set)
WD Mojos - 11 (+2 set)
Crusader Shields- 12 (+1 set) (+4 regular shields with Crusader only perks)

Can Necros get some love here? Based on other numbers, Blizz needs to add roughly 7 Legendary Phylacteries/Shields to match other classes. Weapons one-hand and two-hand show a similar disparity.

Every one of those phylacteries, scythes and two-handed scythes have a useful legendary power on them. Now compare that to all the other classes which have useless weapons whose powers are totally worthless.
