You’ll have to be more specific. Are you talking about solo or group builds? You can get a hint by looking at leaderboards, season and non season (normal), and look at the different classes and two, three and four man groups.
solo game, there is a dps hero.
In season, at the moment WW barb is at the top. Later on I think Crusader Aegis of Valor will go higher. You can see the builds if you look at “hero details”.
Going for the highest dps output isn’t always the best. You need some damage reduction and life support from things like rune choice, primary and secondary affixes etc.
