I never noticed it before, or didn’t pay much attention.
But now I was just playing Story mode with my Barbarian and talked to him in Act 3. The voice seemed familiar. I knew I heard it somewhere. Then I remembered it reminded me of the old guys in Fallout 3. I checked and for sure it’s the same voice actor.
