I have had ideas for years now so gonna just post some recent ones. Resources are somewhat a pain to farm like veiled crystals and arcane dust and reusable parts so why not just make a 3rd rift option called resource rift where all that drops are resource only so you dont have to worry about bag space and stopping constantly and tping back and forth to town to dismantle. Would also be nice if your pets could pick up said resources as they do gold.
Which brings me to second issue everyone keeps complaining about storage and adding more tabs. You don’t really need to add more tabs just make all but 1 tab character locked so every character has i think the total is 13 tabs? so they would have 12 tabs all to them selves separate from the other characters and the 13th tab is the only sharable tab so you can just move stuff to that tab you want to move to other characters. This would save soooo much space and keep you from having to add 20 more tabs like everyone wants lol.
As for reforgeing the materials cost a decent amount so i think its just a tad unfair that if u reforge an ancient it can degrade to a regular either make it so they dont downgrade or have a separate reforge for ancients and primals that cost more resources.(and yes i know primals have max stats but maybe you want diffrent types of stats than what you have on and sometimes 1 enchant isnt enough)
Which leads me to enchanting. enchanting rings and amulets is a pain in *** to say the least ive wasted thousands of resources on a single ring to get a socket lol. would be nice if rathmas gift i think its call the lil cube thing that allows u to add a socket to your weapon also worked on accessories D3 fans would absolutely love this alone.
As for kadala or upgrade rares maybe have a lottery system where you get to pick a specific piece of gear that you are rolling for to give say a 10% higher chance of dropping it? like say you want a krymsens sentence for necro so you go to kadala go to a drop down at the top that says lottery and select that ring so every time you buy rings you have a little bit higher chance of legends that come out to be that specific ring. (not increase the drop rate of legends themselves just the chance of any legends that may generate to be that ring) so its still fair. same for upgrading rares.
For the latest season I am absolutely looooooooving what you did with followers the set bonuses u can put on them and emanates. only suggestion maybe have royal granduer ring emanate as well as apply to follower i know it sounds a lil OP. But…being OP is kinda the point of the game lmao. Or add a legendary gem that does the same thing. sometimes in my builds i only really need the 2 main legendary gems the third is usually a defense gem and at some point kinda becomes obsolete.
As for followers I’ve heard complaints about people trying to gear say a templar with strength stat when they are on an intelligence based character so maybe add in crafting to select main stat type when making gear or enchanting so it save people the hassle of making a strength base character they don’t really want just so they can enchant or reroll the gear.
Bag space is always an issue. maybe offer an option to pay for bigger bags space i would pay for it lol. Or have a secondary bag for gems at least so they don’t take up so much space. and i know you have the armory…but wouldn’t it be better to just have a second equip page so it doesn’t take room in your bag or storage? i know some people use some of the gear from one set for another but easier to just move it to the second set window if the pops up right next to the current one.
Stats. idk if this is an option I haven’t found yet but for like say the swift gem when in use i like to know how much cooldown I’m getting when I’m at full stacks its kinda hard to check stats by opening your full character page while in battle. would be nice if you just had a lil side bar or at top of screen that showed your stats.
I could go on for days with more suggestions lol. But i think that is enough for now please bump this up so the devs see it!
