Necromancer DLC bought on PS4 not playable on PS5

Hi all
Recently managed to buy a PS5 but the game says I have to buy the necromancer DLC again. I had already bought this when I was playing on PS4. I even have necromancer characters that I can’t access.

I’ve already tried restoring licences but that doesn’t work.

I would say that that is a PSN error not something to do with blizzard, I would recommend contacting PlayStation as I originally had my version on PS4, all I did was transfer date from my old PS4 to my PS5 and everything works fine
