I have had Diablo 3 for the longest time, I played a bit of it but I never finished the campaign, I guess that time went by and I focused on other games like WoW xD
I noticed that there is an expansion called Reaper of Souls, there’s also a Necromancer pack… do these add new content to the game like quests, new areas and so on?
In terms of the D3 end game what is there to do?
You already have the Reaper of Souls expansion. The Necromancer pack only adds the character plus some more character “slots”.

It is more heavily focused towards end game progression, loot, paragon system which adds more power to your character, many layers of RNG, build variety, and so on. It is similar to other ARPGs, like path of exile, grim dawn, last epoch, titan quest.
