I paid Haedrig 1000 gold to craft me Apprentice Heavy Boots. It turned out they require level 10 and I’m only level 7, but it still took my gold without giving me the item. Is that a bug? What is going on?

Well… you should have received the item… even if you cannot equip it right now.

Are you sure they were crafted ?
