“No chat found” is not something that I’d consider a warning blizzard, let me play. Code 10001.

From reading lots of threads on the US Technical Support forum, it would appear that the problem is account-specific, not which server region you’re connecting to. One of the most useful reports was from a husband and wife, and on both their PCs, if the husband’s account was logged into the client, the error happened, but if the wife’s account was logged into the client, there was no error.

Sounds like some back-end database error, not your client or the regional servers.

I’m from the UK and I cant even Log In because of Code 10001 and I’m not even chatting.

Didn’t have this problem 5 days ago like everyone else, but I do now.

Tried all the deleting cache and reinstalling things, no luck.

I played a couple of hours ago without problems, my wife is playing right next to me just like normal.

I also have encountered this problem. Does anyone have a solution to this issue, instead of everyone just saying “yes I also have this issue”… would appreciate any help.
