Havent played in over 2 years, i logged in and found an old belt from some years back. Of course the new version has the rend ability however i was wondering if there was a use for this old belt as life steal is no longer available elsewhere. 2.8% life steal would fill a globe with one hit.
Any thoughts on this belt for a non ww or rend barb?
Life steal was altered when Reaper of Souls was released (back in 2014), as follows…
- Life Steal is less effective when you are higher level.
- At level 60, Life Steal gains a 0.10x multiplier.
- At level 70, Life Steal no longer functions.
So, your old belt is pretty much useless.
