I believe the Patterns of Justice could be uniquely improved
By setting the outer rim of the Sweeping Wind as the starting area for the Tempest Rush to start hitting mobs, it avoids being in close proximity for the spin-hitting to occur but further away from the center of the “storm’s vortex”
