Is just me or they are simply not dropping anymore? I’m paragon 850, ran 00’s of GRs and only found 1 Petrified Screams so far …

Not only you, i have heard from a lot of people ingame that the droprate is bad for everyone. Myself included.
They most likely secretly lowered drop rate for it hoping nobody notices, just so people play more.
Diablo games are dying, not because they were bad, but because they were poorly handled and operated. Though D3 sure was a bit of a braindead pipe grind and d4 was somewhat playable up until season 6 start where they slaughtered everybodys power (except the pay to win expansion class, they had to sell it somehow) with the 2.0 patch.

Maybe the angelic crucibles drop rate affects petrified screams, in the sense that they are derived from the same pool of consumables/keys. I haven’t noticed anything unusual to be honest. There are some days that I find 4 and 5, and, in general, they drop consistently for me. Also keep in mind that while the crucible and ramaladni gifts drop anywhere, the petrified screams drop only from GR bosses, so if you do other activities like normal rifts, bounties, puzzle rings, visions etc. you are not going to find any. I am sure if you do something like 50 or 100 GRs in one go, you’ll find some. Also, I can’t bet my life on it, but I think I’ve seen one or two drop from salvaging seasonal sanctified items…
