I have been level 70 for 3 days, and not a single set piece has dropped for me. I played D3 for years on console, and never had this problem, so I know how this game works. No matter the difficulty I run in rifts, I have spent many hours trying to farm gear… To maybe see at least 1 legendary in about 7 or 8 normal or greater rift runs. I find it hard to believe that i’m just getting bad RNG for 3 days straight with many hours played, to not see a single set piece of gear. Any suggestions ?
Are you playing on T1 and above? You should also get Kanai’s Cube (in adventure mode).

your seasonal dh is paragon 15 and your nonseasonal account is paragon 60
so you either are playing on very low difficulty or not all that many hours.
Set items only drop at difficulty T1 or above, so like jazz said if you arent playing at t1 or higher thats the reason your not getting any set pieces.
Best advice if you want to get a set fast is to use your seasonal DH and finish the season journey. chapters 2,3 and 4 each give you 2 pieces of a set so finishing chapter 4 rewards you with a complete set. edit: you can see your journey progress with shift+j
Having that set will allow you to play much higher difficulty than you are on now and that will mean more loot drops

Your hero doesn’t even have all its gear slots filled and, of the slots that are filled, some of it is as low as level 46. The very first thing you should be doing is going to the blacksmith to craft level 70 armour for every slot that doesn’t have this already, a level 70 quiver and go to the jeweller to make some level 70 rings. You should also put some emeralds into your chest / leg slots. Then you can consider the fact that none of your abilities have runes selected, and you don’t have any passives in use.
It’s entirely unsurprising you’re not able to play at Torment 1 or higher, where set items could drop for you, as your hero’s essentially naked.
You need to do your research bud e.g. read forum guides and watch videos. Also put yourself out there and join some communities and send out a request on them for someone to let you leech to farm items in: rifts; grifts & bounties.
