i got one small problem… i kinda think its an isuue.
I have got 4 primals already… great i know… BUT… and here comes the problem three of them are “Frostburs” gloves… i mean come on… what chances are for that?
Could You please check if everything is ok? Cause i rly dont need fourth of those.

the chances aren’t good - there are 350 odd legendary items in the game (obviously less for each character type) and since a primal is like a 1 in 400 chance…
I still haven’t gotten a HPS quiver from blood shard gambling, even after 19.5k blood shards…
There is something very badly broken with the games RNG and it has been that way for a long time. The fanboys vote us down, Blizzard ignores our posts, but it doesn’t change the facts that the game’s RNG is broken. I base this on 3.5 years playing the game…

Theres been reports of duplicate primals for a while. Last season I got 3 or 4 primal Thunder furys and Fulminator. Also got 2 x witching hour as well as 2x mutiple other items which I salavaged. This season so far I’ve gotten 2 x Andriel Visage, 1 from Kadala and other from a GR which I gave away.
Well i have finished 250 rifts in s18 and i got 1 primal drop 
Primal Drop Bug!? Ofc not!!!

diablo rng is super broken … i once got 9 legs fron GR boss, 6 of them were one and the same item …
once i got 4 gifts stacked together …
once i finished rift and all of the items i got were for other classes …
kanais cube, making legendary bow, 25 tries, all 25 same bow …
mystic, enchanting item, getting 10 times the same result is quite common
I understand u!! If u need any item, and go upgrade item… This beutiful RNG give um 10x same item, 30x other same item, 5x another one… and no what u need!
Its the same $#%& at Myrian Enchant. Server, allways know what u need and dont give it. Sometimes u get same roll 3x!!! Its crazy.

I get three primal vyrs chest armor in the row😂 and many other randomly primal items twice in a row.So yeah, something going wrong.
Paragon 850 farming GR 95 i dont have 1 primal, got 3 ancient gear, this game suck balls No rewards for all the time i use on this game everyday.
Not gonna use more time in this ass game. Cant push higher cuz shittty stats. When you are so high paragon level i should atleast have full ancient not 3 items.
And Diablo is the only game i like from blizz now, i have quit every other games. Well rip this one too.
Guess there is a reason why i see every stream from diablo on POE now.

Firstly…p850 is low paragon, even at this point in the season. The top players are pushing north of p1600-2000 already.
re: ancients, pro tip, do lots of bounties and reforge like crazy. Monster loot drops as ancients are far more uncommon than the RNG for just reforging. Silly, I know…but, it’s how Blizzard wants people to play the game. D3 should be a monster loot game, not a farming mats game…but, I digress.
Now - primals, are just perfect ancients. You do NOT need them to push GRs. A well rolled ancient is effectively just as good. I looked at your build, and you can make improvements to it by simply learning what are the desirable stats. Since I exclusively play DH (shadow impale these days) and I have a large range of experience, I feel that my advice will help you, if you decide to listen (I’ll only touch on the item slots that are badly rolled stat wise).
gloves - you want dex/chc/chd/AD
hellfire ammy - you want elemental/chc/chd
bracers - you want elemental/dex/vit/chc. You currently have AC instead of vit…and low chc.
belt - you want IAS/chd/dex/vit imho. You currently have AR instead of vit…
both rings are sub-standard. You want dex/chc/chd. You’re missing a bunch of damage by not having chc. Swap them out for better rolled non-ancients. The extra dex from the ancient is not going to trump the missing chc…
your dml is horrid. This one should have priority over the rest of your gear for immediate replacement. You’ll ideally want dex/IAS/chc/cdr/multishot/discipline.
yangs is sub-standard too, but will do for now. You’ll ideally want dex/bonus dmg/disc and AD. AD works better with UE MS than IAS imho - more IAS just means more hatred management issues. Stacked AD on gloves and bow + paragon AD will help a lot. I suggest looking at quin69’s most excellent video on AD and how it works etc if you haven’t already.
passives - drop archery immediately. Go with steady aim (20% if no enemy within 10 yards of you, which should be easy to maintain).
IMHO, swap out stricken for powerful. Stricken is better at much higher GRs, but at a low GR like a 95, powerful is better imho.
For the build, learn how to manage hatred, kite and stutter step and herd mobs.
I could probably do a GR 95 with my UE MS build without augments, and just a low level zeis gem equipped…
note: I play on console (PS4), so you won’t see my profile on here. Console has a host of issues that make it more difficult than the PC version of the game anyway, even though some proud PC players may take umbrage with that comment and disagree. I’ve already done a 111 with shadow, with just One single lvl 50 augment and lower paragon than you (p750, solo player), and only 3 or 4 ancients.
I hope this helps you, and you push higher GRs as a result and enjoy the game more.
edit: your followers gear is awful. for the templar, I highly recommend:
thunderfury sword
freeze of deflection shield
wyrdward ring
oculus ring
ess of johan ring
relic - templar can’t die
put a ruby in his weapon, not an emerald. Look to min/max stats, especially on the oculus (can do a max 85% dmg for oculus ring).
