I was checking the ptr leaderboards to see what’s new this morning, and I found out the Rank 1 wiz and crus, in nonseason, are still using the current seasonal theme, meaning they have neither LoN nor LoD equipped. But they do have all their combined paragons. So, what exactly are we testing here?
Please, remove the seasonal theme from Non-season, so we can actually know how the new patch changes apply.

Are people seriously abusing a bug in the PTR? What the f…seriously.
I hope you are perhaps mistaken TC and that this is not true, because using an exploit in the PTR is both dumb and harmful to the game.
Actually, it’s preferable for exploits to be found on the PTR.
That way they don’t make their way into the live game.

Found yes, but exploited to gain top leaderboard places? No. That could lead to things being incorrectly balanced. Because i bet those people using the exploit did not report it to Blizzard, it is other people noticing it that have done that.
its no bug your looking at old records look at the date or if you see new ones ones then look at there rings at the gems 
Hopefully this is true. But why would they have non-PTR leader boards in the PTR? Or leader boards from old patches? That makes little sense.
I suppose they can be used to compare old and new records, but is there not a fresh, new leader board that’s PTR exclusive to the PTR patch?
They should at least mark the places that were gained in the PTR if the same leader boards from the live server are copied over.
