Siphon Blood doesn’t get the Taeguk gem effect when you channel this skill for the bloodnova build and seems that the mantle of channeling is not working as well just want to put this out here for some feedback

Taeguk requires the channeling skill to “spend” resource. But Siphon Blood gains resource instead. Therefore it doesn’t proc Taeguk. Not a bug.
SB should proc Mantle of Channelling. If you have evidence of it doesn’t, please report it on the PTR Bug Report forum, link given by Meteorblade.
