Hi. I ve been playing lon dart build. I ve a perfect squirt necklace that i m using atm which is not an ancient. I ve another squirt necklace which is not good but it s ancient and also reduces my dmg 25%. Should i use the ancient one coz it boost my dmg 375% or sth from the new gem? Or am i wrong? Sry for my eng. Ty in adv.
You get the bonus from both legendary and ancient legendary items, so you should use the one with the best stats

A max level Legacy of Dreams gem grants 375% damage and 2% mitigation for every legendary equipped, and double this for ancients / primal ancients.
So, assuming all your other equipment items are ancients, your two amulets give you the options of…
Damage
12 ancients and 1 legendary = (12 * 750%)+(1 * 375%) = 9375%
13 ancients = (13 * 750%) = 9750%
(9750/9375) * 100 = 104%
Mitigation
12 ancients and 1 legendary = (12 * 4%)+(1 * 2%) = 50%
13 ancients = (13 * 4%) = 52%
(52/50) * 100 = 104%
So, including the ancient amulet is a 4% increase to damage and mitigation due to the LoD gem. If your non-ancient amulet is currently giving you more than 4% benefit over the ancient, stick with your non-ancient until you find a decent ancient.

You can use \ to protect the * or other special chars.
e.g.
(12\*750%)+(1\*375%)
Output:
(12*750%)+(1*375%)

follow up question. The set bonus from the ring-set is still classed as a set-bonus right? so you can’t use both the rings and the gem at the same time (well you can, but wont be useful)?
Equipping the Legacy of Nightmare rings (which are a set) breaks the effect from the Legacy of Dreams gem so, no, you can’t get 19,500% bonus for having the rings and gem equipped.
