I am new player in Diablo 3 (not in Diablo universe). I just want to ask about upgrading my Diablo 3 into Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls. In Library, I have purchased expansion Reaper of Souls, how to upgrade it? Is it automaticaly playable when we defeated Skeleton King (first bos)? Or do we have to download Reaper of Souls? But I can’t find it.

If you bought Reaper of Souls (RoS), you don’t need to upgrade it, you can enjoy Diablo 3 : RoS right now.

Isn’t the Crusader part of the expansion? So if you choose: make a new hero, and crusader is on the list, then you’re good to go.
There’s nothing extra to download. The entire client is downloaded when you install the game. Purchasing the Reaper of Souls expansion just makes the post-level-60 content and the Crusader class available to you. Likewise, if you purchased the Necromancer DLC, that class would become immediately available with no download required.
As to your query regarding the Skeleton King, if you’re playing the Campaign Mode, you’ll need to re-select that quest, kill the King again, and at that point you can carry on with the rest of the Campaign. Of course, once you have ROS, you have access to Adventure Mode, so you may not even want to play the Campaign, unless you’ve never seen the story all the way through.
Thanks for the answer. But I still not be able to pick Crusader. It is still unlock. Do I have to finish the game first?
Maybe try and log completely out of the game and log in again.
You could also go into the battlenet app (where you launch Diablo from) and click in the top left corner and in the drop down menu select “Account”. Then you’ll be taken to your account page in a web browser and see all the info. If you have gotten a mail with a code when you bought RoS there might be a code that you can redeem on your account page.
There is also the possibilty to contact support if you can’t get things to work.
Do you get any messages ? any errors ?
When you attempt to create a new hero, how many “hero slots remaining” do you have ? You seem to have 3 heroes at the moment, so you should have 9 Hero Slots Remaining…

And I found that I just bought only “Diablo 3” on April. I thought I’ve already bought it 2 or 3 years back. (Because I was be able to played Diablo 3 until the Skeleton King died) And on April I was thought that I’ve bought RoS
Was Diablo free 2 / 3 years ago? Because I didn’t remember it.
Perhaps I should buy the Diablo 3 packaged with Diablo 2 Remastered and its bonuses.

That would be the Starter Edition… a free demo of Diablo III. It includes the Campaign / Story mode until you either reach level 13 (and then you stop gaining experience) or until you kill the Skeleton King.
That would explain why you couldn’t create a Crusader. I’m a bit disappointed that the GM didn’t check what version of Diablo III you had and let you know. I will admit that I thought you might have bought the Diablo III base game — that was the purpose behind my asking you about the number of hero slots remaining… and the screenshot.
Well… at least you now know what version of Diablo III you have. 
That’s up to you… it is a good option if you are planning to also play D2R or already have D2R. If you are not in a rush, you could also wait… Diablo III comes on sale every so often… The price of several games (including D3, iirc) were reduced by 66% in February shortly after Valentine’s Day and again in the 1st week of April. If you have questions on the content of the various packages… ask here BEFORE you purchase.
