Regarding Reforging

Hi! Im playing Blessed Hammer build in NS and recently got a pretty good rolled ancient weapon. Now, do you think it is worth trying to get a primal from farming bounties and reforging? Or just keep on playing grs solo pushing, and groups and hope I eventually get one?

Only if you’re obsessed with getting primal ancient gear (and obsessed with doing bounties). Even if you get a primal item from reforging there is a good chance/risk that it’ll have poor affixes and thus not being better that what you already have.

First thing you need to do is find a second weapon of the correct type. Then you do the re-forging on the spare. If you end up with a better weapon than the one you have equipped, equip the new one and the one you were wearing becomes the one you gamble with via re-forging.

As to whether it’s worth attempting reforges, I’d say that very much depends on how well rolled your current ancient is. I had a quick look at your profile and couldn’t see a Blessed Hammers build Crusader, so can’t really advise on that.

It’s worth reforging if your weapon has some room to be improved upon, but bear in mind that you are more likely to find a slightly better rolled ancient one than a primal.
Personally i don’t think specifically trying to create a primal is a worthwhile goal, you’re too likely to be disappointed. Just reforge whichever piece of gear you are most likely to find an upgrade for. If it happens to be your weapon, go for it.
Amulets can often be improved upon with better versions, by reforging. The best affixes to use for damage are elemental damage + critical chance + critical damage (+ a socket), which is a rare combination to find/create with the affixes all rolled towards the high end.
