Like a lot of people the release of D2R has made me want to try D3 again.
However I havent played for years but my old Paragon levels are all there - I dont want to restart with those already unlocked.
Can I reset these?
I know starting a season is a way to do this, which I have done with a DH & got to P36. I now want to start a different character but standard maintains my P33 from 2015 and now season retains the P36.
Any way to reset this completely?

A workaround could be to play in another region… Americas or Asia… if there isn’t too much lag.

No, can’t reset. But you can abstain from allocating them. Also if you crank up difficulty it’ll make the game harder and more challenging.
Besides that, paragon 36 is nothing.
If I were you I’d just start a seasonal charater from scratch. I don’t see why paragon 36 is an issue? It isn’t! you gain almost nothing from those points.
I bet you you still haven’t found an endgame build.
Just play the game and don’t worry about it.
