i forgot to take items from mail after last season ends, and stop playing for 30 + days , with rollback i will get them back ?

In theory, yes if you roll back before 16-Sept-2019 – add a few days to be safe… like before 14 or 13 Sept… (Season 17 ended on 18 Aug 2019). But I have never tried it.
Of course, you would lose all the progress you have made since the rollback date… and everything you found or crafted.
Is it really worth it ? You only have 3 rollbacks per account… only you can assess whether it’s worth it or not.
In the future, you may want to store the really, really good stuff in the inventory of your seasonal hero(es)… that way, it will transfer to non-season directly.

rollbacks? When did Blizzard implement this? AFAIK, if you didn’t log in within 30 days of seasons end, you lost it all…

You’ve always been allowed rollbacks on your D3 account, but it’s limited to a total of three for the lifetime of the account. It’s generally used / requested as a result of an account having been hacked where all your gear / heroes have been deleted to get it back to a state prior to that. There’s no way I’d consider using one of these because of forgetting to log in and collect your in-game email containing seasonal stuff.

Same here… especially since I play on the 3 regions and the account rollback works only on one region at a time.
It probably did… what has changed however is that now account rollbacks are a self-service item… there is no “need” to involve Blizzard. I think that was a step backward and, possibly, a mistake.
Firstly, one wouldn’t contact Blizzard to have one’s account rolled back for such a trivial reason. And then, if your account did get hacked, Blizzard only performed the account rollback after ensuring that you were the legitimate owner of that account. Today, if someone gets access to your account… he can wipe out all your heroes and use the 3 rollbacks without having to go through Blizzard.
