Isnt it supposed to be finished by now? It says 11AM to 3PM. it’s now 8.43PM
3PM for PST. Not CET.
It will be up again at Midnight CET.
A bad “schedule” when they’re cutting into the time that Europeans get to play the game.

This is probably one of those scheduled maintenances based on player feedback.

In all honesty I think blizzard is actively working on sabotaging this game, all in a hopeless attempt to lure d3 players to buy a cosmetic armor set in diablo 4 for just 39,99.

They rlly try hard to push rest of players to try that free to pay trash… Why they dont turn off Diablo 4 in prime time ? Like new game doeasnt need any fix but 14 years old game need a fix ???

I was playing this morning, and there was no warning of any scheduled maintenance, so for them to close the servers and then announce there is ‘scheduled’ maintenance, is a little disheartening.
But for it to take up to 4 hours, for a game this old, raises a lot of questions. You would have thought that the capacity for maintenance was a brief disruption to the active players, rather than a majority of available gaming time.
What is the middle of the day for the American servers, is prime European gaming time, for those who have families, jobs, and other commitments.
Another disappointment really. First the season is a week late, then less than a week in and they need to run maintenance.
It really isn’t any wonder why so many people are leaving the Diablo community…

Blizzard, I really don’t understand why Diablo 3 has to go down for four hours during EU prime gaming time without any prior announcement. Season 34 just started less than a week ago, and now players who were looking forward to some solid progress this evening are completely locked out.
Insult to injury is the broken server status link - why?
If maintenance has to happen, at least provide players with working information.
I understand that sometimes unexpected issues arise, but a little communication goes a long way. A heads-up earlier in the day or even a post on the forums would have made a huge difference. Right now, it just feels like D3 players are being left in the dark.
Would really appreciate some clarification from Blizzard on why this happened the way it did. I see others are caught off guard by this aswell…

Was I the only one who had terrible latency and lag so far? Lag spikes were constant even when I was staying afk in town. Gambling at kadala, the game would freeze occasionally for a few seconds. I’ve never had this experience in previous seasons.
Couldn’t they be bothered to restart the server a couple of days before S34 started? They had to do it exactly when the season reaches its peak and d4 had a new event that nobody cares. Hmmm, another “coincidence”, I guess…
