Search function missing elements

How can I search for stats like dexterity, streght etc in my stash? Now I can only find items by name, not stats.

  1. It’s not possible to search by attributes, e.g. STR, DEX, INT, Socket.
  2. It’s not possible to search by rarity, e.g. ancient, primal.
  3. It’s not possible to search by item type, e.g. dagger, sword, belt.
  4. It’s not possible to search for gems that are socketed into an item.
  5. It’s not possible to search by item name in anything other than English if you don’t know the capitalisation of the item, e.g. in the German client, if you search by the name of an item, but you enter the search term all in lower case, it won’t find the item.
  6. It’s not possible to set the Stash filter to not have focus when you open the Stash, meaning that default keybindings that would otherwise close all windows now type characters into the filter field instead.

All of the above issues were brought up in the PTR Feedback forum when the filter function was first introduced. Blizzard ignored that feedback.

thanks for the info. My question is WHY? What is the point?
