Who thought up this season buff?
It’s useless. I doubt I’ve even managed to reach the circle half the time they appear. They only seem to last about 2 seconds.

Actually, they last about 7 seconds each. They are only really most useful to ranged heroes such as the Demon Hunter or Wizard and are only of benefit to highly mobile melee heroes.
I use Dashing Strike with my monk to jump into one that appears close enough for me to still continue using my melee attacks. It’s help a little so far.
I just use them if they happen to appear next to me. Not to mention the fact that seeing which one is which is nigh on impossible with my colourblindness. Guess they just don’t care about those of us with impaired vision.
Is it written anywhere which power corresponds to what colour of circle? Or did anyone find out. Also does the ring from oculus ring stack with the power ring from season, if they spawn on top of each other?
In addition, when you stand inside a circle, a buff icon will appear above the skill bar.
Mouse over the icon will tell you what the buff is.
