So i completed chapter 2 and got the mail icon for the first 2 set pieces, open it and click claim to inventory, but i never appears in my inventory?!?
And no my bag was not full.
Anyone else experienced this?

All the wizard items disappeared and around 30% monk items as well as various rings and amulets

Since when did they add the option for it to go into inventory? Normally it always dropped on ground.
it drops on the ground and then empty some of the stash so you can pick it up. Either way you have to pick it up, or else lost forever and you can’t get a new one
When the Haedrig’s Gift arrives in the in-game email, you have two buttons next to it.
- A little trash-can, which will delete it
- A “Claim to Inventory” button which, unsurprisingly, puts it into your inventory.
If you do not have sufficient space in your Inventory at the time you click “Claim to inventory” you will receive an error message advising you of this, and the gift remains in the mail.
Once the gift is collected to the Inventory, right-clicking it will cause the two (or three, depending on which gift it is, and which set is being collected) items contained within it to drop on the ground. You need to pick them up and identify them.

I was talking about the items that drop from the gift bag.
Rereading what he said, seems he thinks that claiming the gift bag were the set items itself, seems he forgot that you get the gift bag first.
