I, with patch 2.7.5, on the PC, I’ve been experiencing many problems with the sound / music, constant interruptions, I’ve done everything possible at the start level and game options, anyone else having problems?
I haven’t noticed anything. But I also haven’t played much since patch. Only a handful of GRs and then staying in town sorting out stuff, salvaging etc. Saving my energy for Friday.

No I don’t use headsets, I play alone, and the sound comes from 5 Logitech columns.
I tested everything, Spotify, etc., perfect sound, after installing Patch 2.7.5, and … only in the game I have these problems, sound/music.
But I will try the suggested,

OK – not sure how applicable it will be, but you can certainly try it… or parts of it.
Another alternative is to contact Support with a ticket… use this link : https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/contact/1397/ticket to start the process.
The reply time is currently longer than the usual 24-48 hours… but I don’t know if that is for all types of problems (accounts, purchasing, technical, in-game) or only some of them.
