I am playing on switch and I noticed that the stacking on Stone Gauntlets seems to be maxed at 4 instead of the 5 advertised.
My base armor is 34421 and when 5 stacks are shown on the SG icon, my armor is 103263.
My calculation would lead to : 34421 + 344210.55 = 120473
But the actual armor seems to result from : 34421 + 344210.54 = 103263
Am I doing the math wrong or is there a stack limit of 4 instead of 5 ?
Your calculation should ignore the %armor bonus from paragon.
If you have some skills/passives that buff armor by percentage, you should ignore them as well.
Removing the 25%armor from paragon, the number looks correct, doesn’t it?
Although not the gloves, I have explained a similar case here; just replace Stand Alone and its % by those of Stone Gauntlets.

Indeed that is it ! The buff is taken on the base armor without parangon.
34421/1.25 = 27536,8
so the real calculation would be :
27536.8 (base) + 27536.8x0.25 (parangon) + 27536.8x0.5x5 (SG 5 stacks) =103263
Thanks for the tip !
